One Ring Then To Voicemail

I am really hoping someone can help me here. I have had all of this up and running without issue, but since last week, all calls that come in to either of my numbers is ringing 1 time and then it send them to voicemail. I have not changed anything on the system and I cannot figure it out.

I have self hosted system on Windows and I use Twilio SIP Trunk

If anyone can help me figure this out I would be very appreciative. This is for my 2 businesses and now I cant receive calls. Please help!

I figured this one out, I had also ring my mobile selected in the app, when that is selected the ringing only happens once and then voicemail, if you leave that unchecked it works like it should.

Sounds like 3CX thought your mobile phone was picking up, so it stopped ringing your internal extension.

I concur, ran into the same issue last week of one ring and then silent when the ring mobile simultaneous option was chosen.
