I upgraded my client from v18 to v20 with no issues, except one.
One User/Extension cannot set their Status on the 3CX mobile app (iPhone) at all. The upper right corner box is greyed out, and she cannot click it to set herself as Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, etc. I looked through the entire settings for her extension but cannot find a way to for her to edit her Status at all. She can however, make phone calls via the 3cx mobile app (iPhone).
Does anyone have any idea what may be off? TIA!
