I'm having issues with one way audio when I make a call you can hear the recipients side but you can't hear the senders side it is happening both ways.
The sip trunk is working though I have been using it with the free version of 3cx but I have removed that connection and on the sip trunk providers page it is showing that 3cx is connected with the PBX hosted by AWS.

Does your firewall test pass?

Everything passes on the firewall test

I reread your post...you deleted the SIP trunk in 3CX but they still show it as connected?

I had the free version connected to it originally but I removed it and added the pro version.
When I had the free version hosted by 3cx connected to the sip trunk calls worked fine but when I switched to the pro version hosted by aws I have been having issues where there is only audio on one side of the call and only on external calls internal calls work without any issues

Can your SIP trunk provider not help you? Is it a provider supported by 3CX?

They show on 3cx as supported. they don't help with 3cx

What is the name of the provider?
Your SIP Trunk provider they sent you a PCAP to demonstrate that the issue is not on their end ?
If not, ask them to.

I'm using Voicehost I have sent them a message asking for a PCAP just waiting to hear back from them.

No I don't have an open ticket with you

VoiceHost asked me to enable call recording on there end for testing and in the recordings the audio issue is present.

I have heard back from Voicehost and they confirmed that audio isn't coming back from the PBX but is it connecting using the right codec.
they are saying to look at the PBX configuration/audio settings further not sure what I should be looking for.
