Hello everyone, I use the SIP trunk with Fritzbox and have the problem that the people I call cannot hear me, but I can hear them (incoming and outgoing calls work and the firewall check shows that everything is OK).
Here is my setup:

Regarding your question, try switching on the Call monitor for the calls to the extenion used to test, and also test the SIP trunk configuration with your SIP trunk provider.

I test the SIP trunk first to ensure there are no issues, then monitor the connection quality to check the results of a test call.

I don't have the “Check SIP Trunk” button and have now activated “monitor connection quality.” Where can I find the result?

The results of the call quality monitor can be found in the call log reports or event logs.

for the others ;)
As you can see yourself: no audio. Regardless of that, it’s an unsupported scenario.

In the German forum, there have often been people who had similar ideas and for whom solutions existed. Perhaps you’d be better off asking your question there.

addendum for others:
I test the SIP trunk first to ensure there are no issues, then monitor the connection quality to check the results of a test call.
I don't have the “Check SIP Trunk” button
That’s correct. In the current 3CX version recommended for production use this option does not yet exist. Charles is a few weeks ahead of the timeline ;)

One more thing: WireGuard or any other software has absolutely no place in a 3CX installation - remove it.

The fact that ping works has little to no significance.

As I see it, the Kabelfritte is the internet router and receives the phone numbers from the provider.
In that case, it would be interesting to know what the UDM is doing with VLANs and so on. What only matters is the WAN (which should be the Fritte network) and the LAN (which should be the 3CX network). VLANs are hopefully not being used toward the Fritte or toward the 3CX. In principle, neither of them can really make use of that.
