One Way transmission on Huawei phones

We are having an issue on the mobile app on huawei handsets whereby we are getting 1 way transmission. It doesn't matter if the call is outgoing or incoming, the huawei user hears nothing when the call is connected but the other end always hears fine. We have the app installed on numerous other android devices which all work fine. Anybody else experience this and have a solution?

Hi,

Dial *777 for echo test, and see if you hear your voice when you speak.

Dial *888 for callback-echo test, and see if you hear your voice when you speak.

Huawei Mate 20
Android version 9 EMUI version 9.0.0.270
3CX app version 16.0.0.35
Happens on both WiFi and 4G
Happens when dialling extensions and phone numbers

Dial *777 I can hear myself
Dial *888 I cannot hear myself.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Everything works (haven't tested if working on 3G as I don't have a spare active sim).

In the above scenarios (WiFi/4G) the other side hears you but you can't hear them? (internal and/or external calls)

Correct, internal, external, extension number or DID.

i hear nothing on both tests Samsungs9, app on laptop works fine.

I am having the same problem with Huawei P30 Pro recently. Anyone has solution? The service does not tallied with the charges
