Hi,
Struggling a bit with a setup which has quite few occurences where audio is one way. I don't have the full picture yet, but i *appears* to be happening on both internal and external calls.
3CX Version: Enterprise Annual 18.0 (Build 461)
Server OS: Debian 9
Location: On Premises
Windows 10 computers with the 3cx windows client (old style)
Trunk Provider: Only looking at internal calls for now
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
All users have a check mark in "3cx delivers audio"
All clients are routed to the 3cx server (separate subnet)
All clients use windows 10 with the latest 3cx windows client
All clients use Jabra headsets (various models)
The latest reports I've gotten is that it's the is initiating user that's unable to hear the person being called, but I'm quite stumped why this would happen *some times* without any consitency.
If it was a regular SIP desktop phone it would make sense if no all necessary ports were allowed in the firewall, but as this is using the windows client it's my understanding that as long as 5001/5090 are allowed nothing else is needed.
Any ideas
Mikkel
