oneway on premises exchange contact sync with 3cx

do you know whether this is still possible?

a)
exchange public contact folder "oneway" sync with 3cx-v18

b)
outlook-personal-contact-folder "oneway" sync with 3cx-v18

c)

nothing done yet regarding "basic authentication" in exchange
latest v18 pro licence (debian)
Exchange 2013 latest CU
OWA reachable via public-certificate URL (https://exchange.my-pbx.kom/owa)
created 3CX Exchange Connector like here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/how-to-create-impersonated-user/
created public-folder + added public folder rights for "3CX Exchange Connector" via
Add-PublicFolderClientPermission -Identity \set-publicfolder -AccessRights PublishingEditor -User "3CX Exchange Connector"
Add-PublicFolderClientPermission -Identity \company-publicfolder\contacts -AccessRights PublishingEditor -User "3CX Exchange Connector"
after restart of
3CX PhoneSystem 01 Configuration Server
the following error is visible in 3cxSystemService.log (visible at publicfolder + personal-contact section:

2022/04/19 13:52:02.092|19069|0025|Excpt|Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

You will find 365 contact synchronisation available via the 365 Integration module from Settings in the MGMT console.

thx - in other words - on premises exchange sync contact is not under 100% support any more

It's still doable following the instructions.

I imagine that eventually this will be phased out.
