When someone tries to call an agent and agent picks up the call, in the WebClient of that agent the call history is not automatically updated. We need to wait for at least 2 minutes so that the record of the call will be reflected on the WebClient portal. Is it possible to configure it up to date?

Hi Arnie,

I understand your request. In order to view the call history on time, you have to just refresh the page or click on another option and come back to the Call History.

Thanks,
RA.

I tried using this option but still, the call is not updated automatically in the web client. Is there some delay before it will reflect in the web client? Like I mentioned above, I need to wait for 2 mins in order for the record to be reflected..

There is no delay in viewing call history.

I would check system spec of your PBX server and then look at the web browser youre using and if anything on the PC could be causing this delay.

Provision mobile app and check if it happens in that log too

Hi @arnie.cuenta,

When your agent receives a call, does the call log on the Dashboard update immediately?

We'll need more information, please provide the info outlined in this link: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/information-to-provide-when-requesting-help.67558/
I haven't check if it will reflect immediately in the Switchboard

Hi @arnie.cuenta,

I'd suggest checking the Call Log to see if it appears immediately after hanging up the call. The thing we need to check is if the delay is coming from the Management Console itself, or if there is a delay coming from somewhere else.

Also, though it's not my first concern in this case, I'd suggest opening all of the ports mentioned to ensure the firewall checker passes. Here are a list of the ports: https://www.3cx.com/docs/ports/
