Our sites are built on CMS Wordpress. We have two websites and two call queues. 3cx Live Chat plugins are installed there and contain a link from the relevant call queue.
When diagnosing the problem, the site developers wrote the following:
"We checked: the problem is not on the site side, but on the side of the service itself (3CX Live Chat). Apparently, only one RU domain is specified during registration or in the settings, so the plugin works there without errors. And for the COM site, the service prohibits access. You either need to create a separate chat for the COM site (now we see that the chat ID is shared on two sites), or change the service settings."
Is it so? Is there such functionality in the 3cx control panel? I've reviewed all the settings menu, but I haven't found anything.
