Hello,
This is in regards to the maintenance renewal.
Usually we order the maintenance online, and not through reseller.
Now, when I check online, it asks us to do the renewal via the reseller.
I had contacted the support and they said they can enable the option for us.
I would like to know what that means.
If they enable the option for us, does that mean the reseller will be unlinked?
We haven't really contacted the reseller, like ever. So its not really a concern but just need the information to provide it to the manager.
Also, if we don't have a reseller, is that going to be an issue in the future?
