only one way audio working via wireguard vpn

Hello,

My setup depolyment looks like this:
SITE A with subnet A has the 3CX machine and a SIP gateway.
SITE B with subnet B has another SIP gateway.
Both SIP gateways are the same model manufacturer, firmware, config.
SITE A is linked with SITE B via wireguard VPN done at router level.
VPN works fine, devices can see both subnets, 3CX can see both gateways and the gateways can see the 3CX.

Issue: there is no outgoing audio from 3CX to SITEB gateway but there is audio from gateway to 3CX.
What I am missing?

You will need to do a wire capture and see where on your network the traffic is being blocked.

To mitigate this issue entirely I would recommend you use an SBC at site B.
