Open automatic website for outgoing call

Hi,

how can I open a website automaticlly if, I call out?
I found this Integration Option in the Windows PC Client.
But this one only works with incoming calls.
Has anyone an idea?

Hi @Vettel,

The feature provided in the Integration section only allow this for incoming calls at present.

What exactly are you trying to achieve, maybe we can assist if we know more info.

Hi , i have the same problem i have made a special web page with strategic customers informations,

For the moment , windows app launch this website wghen customers call our support team , and support team ask me if it is possible having same window when they call back a customer .

Also , i 'd like to set this for all people calling our customers (technicians, consulting team , .....)

The server-side integration could help as it would show the contact icon when calling so they can click it to open the page. Depending on the software you use, if it has an API or a database, the integration is most likely possible.

I already have a crm integration for postgresql , the limitation is that url is composed with contactid and not contact phone number.

You can use the phonenumber if needed, simply use the [Number] variable in the ContactURL.

i have tested this and contact url is set like this
Contact URL Prefix + id => so it can not work
