OPEN CUSTOM URL for internal calls

Some customers need to activate INTEGRATION (Open contact URL = custom) not only when external calls are incoming. They need to OPEN in internal calls.

An alternative could be to allow scripts to run on the local machine when the call enters the web client (external or internal) (as happens in the Windows application).
