OpenAI Integration

Has anyone done anything funky with this integration yet?

I've made ours transcribe in a bunch of daft accents and messed around with the sentiment scoring to get it to ID if an agent reads out their intro prompt correctly but that's about it.

Was just wondering if anyone came up with anything interesting to try when customising the prompts.

We do a full transcription, summary, action items, appointments, key points, agent scoring, and sentiment. But we have plans for a lot more options. On the subject of OpenAI, the text-to-speech results are mind-blowingly fantastic. Previously we used Amazon Poly, but OpenAI is lightyears better, so you will see OpenAI features making there way into all of our tools. It's just a matter of how quickly we can make the changes. The OpenAI code is stupid-simple. It's the UI changes that are taking the bulk of the effort.
