OpenAI model gpt-4o-transcribe for transcription missing?

Hello,

We're using OpenAI for Voicemail and Call Transcription.
However, since quite some time (we don't often read back the transcriptions, so it took some time to notice this...) the transcriptions are failing on the GPT-4o-Transcribe-models.
The OpenAI Whisper model is still working properly.
In the event log, I get this:

Transcription stopped working: HTTP 403 (invalid_request_error: model_not_found) Project `proj_AoDY**` does not have access to model `gpt-4o-transcribe`

It seems the real error is 'model not found'.
I haven't changed anything in the OpenAI Platform-API (it's not even possible anymore to indicate which model may or may not be used).
So it seems that maybe the gpt-4o-transcribe model is no longer current?

Also, when changing to Whisper, I do get transcriptions but I no longer get summaries and/or sentiment.

Is anyone else seeing this as well?

Hello,

OpenAI (as Google etc do as well) occasionally retires older models. It is unfortunately not possible for us to update the list etc remotely so we advise users to pay attention to emails form them and ensure they have a current model configured.

Then openAI removed it...
it was marked to be deprecated.
Move to whisper

These models are all AVAILABLE
@noord Check that you can speak to this model. I would remove all blocks and allow your api key to talk to any model it wants.

We checked and it works 100%

Thanks for looking into this!
I can't get it to work, although the API-key seems fine.
Whisper does work, so I'll just go with that instead then.
Only need to figure out why the summaries aren't working.
Should I check the service-log for that as well, or is this logged into another log file?

The log doesn't contain any hint - it has some logs on the AI Agents, but nothing for the past few days where it indicates it is trying to generate a summary or sentiment from a normal phone call.

It's empty for the last 2-3 days and before that only has info about the (new) AI agents doing their jobs.

Forgive me - for the Transcription you need to look at the System Service log.
