OpenAI Whisper not working VM / email

Upgraded to v20 and I see that the google v2 storage is not yet available in the version we have: v20 U2 715
OpenAI I have created a project, put money on the account, set limits and added gpt-4-turbo and whisper-1
The API key is correct
I turned on verbose logging to see where the issue is and nothing is showing. Email notifications no longer have transcriptions for voicemails

OpenAI dashboard says never used, so I'm not sure what is going on. Any insight?

After testing, I found out this does work for Voicemails but not for the Ring Group Voicemail. Is this a bug or by design?

Bug in U2. Fixed in U3.
