Hi!
We are in operations and managing many trunks, and there are some things I want to bring up regarding the changes to v20
Why can't I open multiple queues at once, open them in a new tab, or see the users? It would be useful to have a dropdown menu showing the users assigned to each queue.
Why can't I add multiple users to a queue at once?
Where could I flag these issues to bring them to 3CX's attention for review?
We all want to work with 3CX to make the system better.
