Opera PMS integration with 3cx - Guest synchronization

We are about to integrate our PBX with Opera Hotel Module. Does anyone know how the process of guest synchronization goes from Opera to 3cx, Can it all be done from Opera's side ( Check-in , Check-out, status modification, and so on...) with no need from receptionist actions like Assign, Clear, Wake up... from 3CX Web Client and if yes , will the changes be automatically synchronized with 3CX's extensions?

Yes, that's what the PMS integration does. You make your changes in Opera, and then Opera will send these changes to 3CX. You can do the operations from the 3CX side if you want, and these will be also sent to Opera. The synchronization works in both ways.
