Hello, when I search the extension from other extensions its not being populated.

Hello, when I search the extension from other extensions its not being populated.

Not showing at all or not showing presence?
Perhaps the operator extension is not in a group that the other extensions are in that allows showing presence? Or it has the hide from company toggle? Or it's unregistered?
