operator extension

just spun up a hosted v18 instance and it made extension 100 but all of my customer's extensions are 2xx and the operator/receptionist is 201. I want to delete 100 and make the operator 201 but I cant change 100 to 201 and I can't delete 100 because it's the operator. looked at other posts and maybe they are talking about a different firmware version because i don't see the settings they are referring to. Thank you in advance

Are you running StartUp version of 3cx ?

Standard 3cx , you change the operator extension, Settings - General

i dont see that under settings. running on hosted by 3cx and when i click settings tab i dont see extensions. the only place i see ext is under phones where it will allow me to edit and extension but i dont see anything about changing operator.
