option for call record without the user's knowledge

is there a way to record call without the user knowing that their call is being recorded. right now the record button will be lit on the web, windows, and mobile clients. i saw that in the latest version, you have added the option where the admin can control whether the user can pause / resume a call recording or not, but did not see a mention of incognito recording

Please note that an extension with the appropriate rights can initiate a call recording through the switchboard but the REC buttons on the clients that are being recorded will light up. The users will need to be using IP phones to not see this.
