Original Callers Number on divert to mobile

Hi,
I've recently come back to 3CX so forgive me if I've missed something simple.

I have a V16 Enterprise Edition configured with a SIPGate Trunk. When I divert a call to a mobile I would like the original callers number to be displayed and not the Trunk number.

I have set the Default Caller ID to the number I want to use and also set the extensions to have the same outgoing Caller ID.

I have checked that SIPGate is listed as allowing CLIP and there doesn't seem to be any CLIP settings to set up in the SIPGate control panel.

I have searched the forum but the posts all seem to be about earlier versions of 3CX and they do not appear tohave the same options as V16

Any help would be appreciated

There are a number of fields in the trunk outbound options, that deal with caller ID, and the specific option "OriginatorCallerID", mentioned in the post.. Each provider may have different requirements.
