Oubound call dispplay name

Hello Guys i m new to 3cx and wondering if someone can help on this.Right now i have 3cx setup with Flowroute sip trunks and whenever we make outbound calls than our number goes out fins but instead of company name it is extension name that goes out ,i have asked Flowroute if i could setup the company name and number on their side to override what i send when i make outbound call but they said i have to change on my side so i m wondering where can i set that up so that all the calls meant to outbound shows that name and number instead of each extension;s owner name.Right now the system sends out extension name phone that i have mentioned in extension settings as caller id but i dont see any option to setup like global display name that i can setup for the whole company.Thanks in advance

Ask Flowroute for what field they take the CNAM from and set that to a custom field in your SIP Trunk > Outbound Parameters.
