Oulook plugin dialing custom speed dial blf

Hi,

I have the latest versions of both 3CX and the Oulook plugin installed. When a BLF button on a Snom D785 is configured as a custom speed dial, the Outlook plugin will dial the speed dial number first and then the contact number. If no BLF custom speed dials are configured, then the correct number is dialed. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi,

I found a work around to this issue. The first BLF button has to be a line. It seems to work okay like that.

that´s normal.
The first two BLF buttons on Snom Phones are lines.
