Solved Our hosted pbx is not reachable

Our pbx is hosted by 3CX
when I log in to the portal - https://portal.3cx.com/
I can see my system is running and the status is green but when I go to the web link to log in I get an error that "This site can't be reached" website too too long to respond.
How do I figure out what is wrong?

One of mine is down, too. Same situation. I have seven others hosted by 3CX that are working perfectly, but one can not be reached. Has been down about an hour.

Hi

There was an issue with our hosting provider. A fix has been applied on their end and the (small number of) affected instances are coming back online.

We have seen that the instances are back online and that the issue has been resolved. Your machine should be fully operational. Please check and let us know if you encounter any access issues.

Yes I rebooted the system and it is back online for now
