I'm currently have a 3CX instance, self hosted on AWS via the marketplace and the certificate for our 3CX provided domain has expired without warning.

As it appears to be provisioned by lets encrypt, I assume you're using some form of Acme client to renew but is this a service running on the EC2 Instance and can it be restarted via the management console?

It should renew on it's own every 60/90-days. Mine got renewed this morning.

You have nothing to do, just wait it will try again later if it failed. Otherwise, could be your cache in your browser.

I would love to, but as everyone is using the webclient to make/receive calls with customers I currently have people literally screaming at me to resolve this.

Did you get an email this morning regarding this? It should send an email on renewal failure.

Try to reboot the machine please and let us know.

I didn't, but I have been getting the backup/restore notifications daily so I can be sure it's able to send me the email

Rebooting hasn't made a difference yet, although I don't know if it's set to attempt it immediately on reboot as well as on a Cron timer.

To clarify, I have just restarted it again. Just in case

I will PM you to give you further instructions :)

@Josh@Stable as per our private conversation all is running smooth now to your PBX so I am closing this thread :)

Sure, although it could be helpful to others if you include the resolution steps at the end first?
