Solved Out bound calls

i have set up out bound call and I set for the 5 rules to you callnet I can’t remember there name ext. but when I put in a phone number I get like the phone number is not in service or something like that.

I don’t have it set to strip any numbers and in the Prepend is left blank
Am I still missing something thanks

Are incoming call working ?

Have you checked your outbound rules, making sure they are in the correct order -

Note : at least one of the 'Apply this rule to these calls' fields has to be populated.

Look in the activity log, it will give you more details on what commands are being processed and why it is failing.

Yes incoming works but did get it solved by the information you provided I had to add 1 to the Prepend. And it works now like a charm
