Out Going Calls Don't Work.

We have a problem with the 3CX system. We can call the system itself but if we try to call phone number it hangs up immediately and says: ''destination not found''. What could we do to solve the problem?

Does it do this when you call Internal Extensions or External Phone numbers. If its External numbers how do you have your outbound rules setup?

when we call both external and internal numbers it gives that error

If that's the case then Ill probably need to get a look at the verbose logs of a failed internal calls to see whats going on.
