Hello all,

I have just upgraded to v16 and I am having an issue that I have never come across before.

I can call in and out of the system. Unless the system is set for "Out of Hours".

In out of hours mode we forward all calls to any DIDs to the same number.

When I dial in, I expect the system to call the out of hours number.

However now, I get a message saying, "You dialled an incorrect Number". The number is correct, I can dial it from a handset without issue. This only happen when its auto forwarding whilst out of hours. If I call during office hours, all is ok...

In the activity monitor I get:

[Flow] Target endpoint for 0798xxxxxxx can not be built!

No idea what this is, but its just when the system is out of hours.

I have re set up outbound rules, I have reset up a couple of the inbound rules with no change.

Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks

Paul

Are you scoping your rules to extension(s) or extension groups?

Extension groups.

You need to create an outbound rule, checkling for the dialled number from any extension, group.

in v16, out of hours use a system account to dial outbound numbers, and your existing rules are too restrictive.

Thanks. I'll give this a go now and update!

Thanks for the above.

So my outbound rules were restricting it. As soon as I opened it up all was OK.
I never needed this in V15.5, but thanks for helping with it.

Saved my weekend!

:)

v15 was not working same way, your problem is just as Saqqara explained
