Out of hours settings

Hi all.

Our client does not wish to have a set of working hours configured but would rather be able to turn on the out of ours messages manually. Is there a way to set a BLF on all handsets to do this?

Yes, you can setup speeddial keys but it will not show you the status

Make sure the the dial code is configured - settings -> dial code settings -> Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office should be by default *64

To put the system into out of hours - you dial *642 , to switch back to office hours you dial *64 -https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-dial-codes/

@Saqqara , this solution works for sure, but can't be one used on all the phones in a company, very dangerous to give a way to force 3cx to be in or out to everybody. If this is a very small company it's acceptable, otherwise this needs to be restricted to few staff only and change default dialcode to more complicated one as no one can use it easily.
3CX has no logging system to track who do or make change on it.
