Re: No work Out Office Rules always OUT OF OFFICE!!!

This is a configuration issue. You should consider a commercial edition with support so that you could submit a ticket to get help on configuring it.

No this is not a configuration issue!!! the 3cx has workedpercfectly for 1 month!!!
yesterday after a serve restart the propblem has started!!!

it seem a bug!!! the program still uses out of office rule instead of looging at the times configured on the week table!

tonight I try a full reinstall.
this is not good!!!

it seem something involving GMT or UTC time parameters.

I live in italy (GMT + 1 with 1 hour summer daylight saving) now respect to UTC time we are +2 hour.
so if I've noticed that at 10.45 in the morning is started the inoffice rule !!! I make more tests.

There is a place on 3cx to set the time zone? so the timeslots in the time page are correctly associated to current italian time?

thanx

Incredible

I've shifted on the offce hour configuration of 2 hours and now all works perfect!!!!

for example:

before 8.30-12.30 / 14.00-18.00
after 6.30-10.30 / 12.00-16.00

all now works (set time shifted of 2 hours!!!)
why this???

is there a parameter in ini files to set to the correct timezone? now 3cx is working on UTC time zone.
