Out of Space pop up when trying to update (But not really)

Hello,

Since I updated to 16U5 I have had this pop up show up when trying to update sip trunks or other templates. As you can see the appliance shows there is plenty of space left on the drive. Not sure if someone has run into this issue as well. I am using google chrome as my browser. the appliance is running on debian 9.

Perhaps it's not the physical drive itself, but a partition, that is getting full.
