Outbond calls not going

We are using 3 sip trunkafter removing prefix from one sip trunk calls are not going through other sip tunk in 3cx version 18

This is a very vague description. Can you be a bit more specific about your configuration? Maybe add a screenshot of your outbound rule that is triggering this call?
