Hello Team,
I have 3CX installed on one of my Debian server with enterprise 3CX license.
I want to show outbound caller id based on my agent calling to the geography location numbers.
Let say if my any extension call to any number starting with +1 941 (Florida) number then caller id should show one of my Florida number or if agents call to any number starting with +1 617 (Massachusetts ) then then it show show Massachusetts number which i took.
If this can be configure in 3CX then I will purchase 5-6 different number to show caller id to the customer. Please let me know. How can we achieve this, many thanks.

I tried Outbound Rules and Sip trunk and Outbound caller id source pattern but it not working and showing default caller id only.

Outbound rules is the way to do it. Are you using a 3CX certified trunking provider? Have you talked to said provider to see why the CID you are pushing isn't showing?

Thanks for the reply I am using Twilio sip trunk in 3CX server.
I tried caller id in individual extension and it was changed but I want to setup based on dialed number.
Configured Outbound Caller ID in extension and changed so not contacted to Twilio provider due to suspected may be missing something in outbound rules setting?, Attached screenshot which for the reference.

I haven't tested it but that looks right.

Are those Twilio numbers you are trying to push? I don't think they will let you push a CID unless it's a number you own with Twilio or otherwise verified in the Twilio portal.

Yes my default caller id and outbound caller id all number are from my Twilio account.
Customers number which agents are dialing that I am not sure who are the provider, but I don't think it require same provider for the customer's number. If anyone has any solution please let me know..

So you should be able to do that with Twilio. I recommend reaching out to their support to find out why this isn't working.
