outbound Caller ID CNAM issue

Outbound Caller ID CNAM shows as follows:
Outbound call made to AT&T mobile number shows Caller ID and city -
Outbound call made to T-Mobile number shows Caller ID and city and Charity Call
Is the issue with 3CX outbound call settings - SIP Provider or T-Mobile?

The PBX will sent the information as it is configured in the sip trunk parameters.
If there is difference of the caller id between the providers this has to be clarified from their side.
