Solved Outbound Caller ID not matching DID but works with different numbers

My outbound caller id is showing up as +314219420 but the actual did is +13104219420 if I change the outbound caller id setting say 555-555-5555 it works or any other number! But if I set it to the actual DID it always comes up as +314219420

Now to add to the confusion it does work if I make a call on line 2 if line 1 is already in use so line 1 comes up with +314219420 and line 2 shows up as the right number +13104219420

Where are you inputting the Caller D, in the extension settings? Is this number format (+314219420) actually datafilled anywhere?

Have you looked at the Activity Log, for the calls and compared working and non-working? Differences?

I tried inputting the number in the extensions settings and the SIP settings. The 314219420 is not entered anywhere.

If I enter another number (random made up) in the Caller ID settings it shows up fine. *face palm*

The activity log did not show any discrepancies in the two calls when I had two channels going.

Clearly, there is some bug or glitch if one channel shows up as 314219420 but when making two channels I get the right caller id of 3104219420

If the issue is only with the mentioned number i would call Flowroute and ask them why the number cannot be used as a caller ID.

It's only happening when 1 channel is in use if i have 2 channels it works! But I will call them
