We are attempting to get one of our extensions to display a DID on the outbound caller ID.
For example, when someone calls 555-555-1234 (this is just an example number) - they get directly forwarded to extension 123, when someone calls from extension 123, I want the person they are calling to see "555-555-1234" on their caller ID.
We modified the Outbound Caller ID option in the "Other" tab, but when we make outgoing calls the main line is displayed in the caller ID.
Our VOIP provider is Cbeyond.
