Outbound calling using MV372 GSM Gateway

Hi folks,



I'm trying to configure outbound call routing using the MV372 GSM gateway device (http://www.pulsewan.com/voip/mv372_search.htm) but not getting anywhere with the following errors:



19:56:29.953 CallConf::Rejected [CM103005] Call(13) is rejected: Destination is busy

19:56:29.953 StratInOut:nCancel [CM104008] Call(13): Call from Ext.100 to <mymobilenumber> terminated; cause: 486 Busy Here; from IP:10.10.10.221

19:56:28.875 CallConf:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(13): Incoming call from 100 (Ext.100) to sip:,<mymobilenumber>@10.10.10.11





Any ideas???



Inbound routing works fine.... just the outbound bit is the problem.

Hello

Have you looked at the manual to see how you are supposed to configure outbound rules?

Make sure you set a prefix number which forwards calls to your gateway/provider and a transform mask that deletes it. Then make sure you dial that digit before you mobile number

mobile numbers

Our mobile numbers start with the country code and don't have the 1st zero of the number eg +61418xxxxx. It is the mobile companies that make the number easier to read eg 0418xxxxx
