Hi,
i have a problem with outbound calls on pstn line. I'm using a Sipura 3000 gateway, 3CX Phone System v3.0.1699.0 and Cisco Ip phones 7960.

Some outbounding calls (not all) over the pstn line are dropped after 32/33 seconds.
Inbound and internal calls work perfectly.

this is the server status log:

11:29:32.633 StratLink::onHangUp Call(C:98): got Hang-Up from Ext.207; reason: ???
11:29:00.258 CallLegImpl::onConnected Established media channel for Ln:200@Sipura 3000: remote=10.0.0.4:16470; local=:17126
11:29:00.258 StratInOut::onConnected Call from Ext.207 to Ln:200@Sipura 3000 is established
11:29:00.258 CallLegImpl::onConnected Established media channel for Ext.207: remote=:17126; local=10.0.0.4:16470
11:29:00.039 CallConf::onIncoming Incoming call from Ext.207 to sip:[email protected]

The mistake is that not all the calls are dropped, but i can't understand why!!!
Any suggestions? thanks.
Roberto.

Is this happening from the same phone or any phone?

This is only happening for PSTN calls? if so check you FXO port impendance if that is configured correctly.

Also you call progress settings can play up.

It happens from any phone, after it happened from one phone, i have tried from another phone and it happened again.

No voip line configured and internal calls (ext to ext) work. i checked the FXO port impedance and it is configured correctly.

Hi
You have dleted ext.207 address in log so I'm guessing it was public IP? I had this '~30 sec.' problem when voip phone was in external network, for phones in same subnet as pbx everything was OK. In my case it was SUTN related issue. Check on STUN settings on your phones and stun port on firewalls.

Thanks

Both 3CX server and SPA are on the same Internal IP range. My network configuration is like itfarmer network config. the only difference is that i have a appliance firewall just before the modem. I think the firewall is not involved.

It isn't a public IP. it's an italian PSTN number.

Check if IPv6 is enabled on your system. If yes, than turn it off and restart. It should help.

Ok,

Lets assume all is configured correctly but you are dropping after 33 seconds.

It might not be the SIP registration in you case, so lets tackle it from another angle.

Set " NAT Keep Alive Enable" to Yes

Try that.

It is weird, but we are running out of options, I still think it is a registration issue.

Hi, sorry for late answer and thank you for all your answers.

IPv6 is not installed.

I have tried to set "NAT keep alive enable" to yes, calls still work but every second 3CX server log this:
11:55:58.152 Endpoint::findSource Can not find source by following specs: Contact IP: ''; From: '200'; To: ''; Rline: ''; Contact: ''

Call hang-up happens very few times.

It looks your NAT uses some SIP message to keep alive :) You can just create dummy extension 200 with empty password, and this message will not appear anymore.
