Hello,
I’ve been trying to set up a SIP trunk to Twilio on 3CX version 20 (free edition), but I’ve run into an issue with outbound calls failing. This same configuration has worked on other versions and with other PBX systems, but it does not seem to work on 3CX v20.
Here’s the situation:
Device +1678xxxxxxx dialed on (AnyLine@MY-Twilio_SipTrunk) has reached max amount of calls - Call(from "Tish"<sip:[email protected]>;tag=.tjE9F1cs6dUPIECzpSMTlsLtluwzAK- to +1678xxxxxxx)
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Here’s the situation:
- Inbound calls: Working fine.
- Outbound calls: Failing consistently with the following error message:
- Call not showing up on Twilio.
- Followed Twilio’s official configuration guide for SIP trunking.
- Verified that the outbound route is configured to match 10 digits, prepend the "+" for E.164 format, and send it to Twilio.
- Ensured that the maximum simultaneous calls are set to 10, and no active calls are currently on the platform.
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
