outbound calls from specific extension

hello,
can someone help achieving the below .
want extension 500 to go through route(10000) when dialing numbers starting from 01
when dialing numbers starting from 02 they will go from route 10001
otherwise all other extensions will go from router 10002 when dialing 01 and from route 10001 when dialing 02.

Your picture shows a gateway configuration which is not possible to use with 3CX Free or SMB. So if your installation is on premise, self hosted then please select the correct category.

I wonder if these pictures are from a grandstream gateway?

You can create specific outbound rules for the employee in 3CX. Filter for the employee extension number and phone numbers starting with... It's straightforward.

i did it as the attached pictures but always extension 500 route is from 10002

The rules are checked top down. If the first rule matched, it will not go to the next.

So simply move your rule for 500 higher than the one on top.

Hi @oliviazero the gateway mentioned is not a supported device. However I guess that you want to make calls selecting each line on the gateway. I can give you some hints about it but only that. As you may know each port on the gateway will use a SIP port, if you create a single trunk then the device will use each port available and not a specific port, so you will need to create a trunk for each port pointing to every sip port, lets say 5060 port 1, 5061 port 2, 5062 port 3, etc, so you can send your calls as desired to an specific line of the gateway.

Then you can create different outbound rules using prefix to send the calls to each line depending how the users dial the numbers, as you want prefix 01 to use trunk with port 5060, another outbound rule with prefix 02 to use the trunk with port 5061, etc.

If you need further assistance with that or you have any issue with that configuration please note it is not supported from our side, you will need to enter in contact with the Brand of that gateway.
