I have installed 3CXPhone on an Android phone and can NOT make outbound calls on it. It is registered, connected and can receive calls, but can not make calls.

When I try to make calls I get this: Call failed, Distention not found.

Here is the Activity log on the 3CX PBX:

I don't know how to resolve this problem.

I would first suspect the outbound rules (no match), but, it may be an option, for that particular extension, preventing the calls.

Are you able to make calls to the same number, from other extensions?

You have X'd out some of the IP from these messages..

Is that IP, the one you are attempting a call from? If that is the case then you have another issue.

I don't know what that IP is. I checked the IP of the Android mobile on which I have the 3CXPhone and from which I am trying to make an out bound call, it is different then this IP.

As soon as I turn on the 3CXPhone on the Android device, without trying to make a call I get this on the Activity Log:

It may be someone attempting to scan the PBX for vulnerabilities. I have seen logs similar to that. It may not have anything to do with the issue you are having but I though I'd ask since you included the logs.

I tried it again with the Firewall off, but the same thing happens.

Are you trying this as a remote extension? If so try a call on the local LAN using Wifi. Do you have other extensions created? Are they able to dial the same number with success?

The log you provided indicates that you are attempting calls to numbers with several formats/prefixes. What outbound rules have you created?
