Good morning everyone,
I find the ability to manage outbound calls based on time slots interesting.
Let me explain: with the use of advanced and smart systems like 3CX, where the phone client is no longer just a landline on the office desk but also/just an app or web client, users could make calls from their work extension to "any" numbers even outside of the office and during not work hours (I'm thinking about making personal calls using the company line. Unfortunately, in my experience this unpleasant situation happens often).
Of course, calls to certain countries could be banned at the trunk level. Daily outbound calls could be monitored to identify unpleasant situations like these, but it might be simpler to limit when an extension or PBX system can or cannot make outbound calls based on time slots.
Thank you
