Hi,
We are trying to get the cancelled call reason_terminated status from cdr packet. Cancel call returns the same cdr packet as what the successful call returns. While checking with the API during voice mail we are getting the status as Talking. Is there any way to capture the outbound cancelled call (unanswered/leftmessage) call with the returning cdr data?
Sample Cancel call and Success Call CDR Pack with reference to the cdr field is mentioned below:
