I need the destination of my dialer's calls to hear a phrase. Currently, when the dialer makes the call, the person who hears the message is the originator who dialed the cfd code.

The dialer flow only generates the call, but it doesn't interact with the destination. You will need to create a second CFD project to play your prompt, and make the call from this CFD App to the external number...
