Hello We created an outbound rule that only two extensions should be able to call out internationally. and the rest should only be able to dial local.
However, even with the outbound rule we created, all the other extensions are still able to dial out internationally.
please help.

When you define extensions and extension groups, these 2 fields work with an OR relationship.

So the INT group and 310 and 350 will be able to use the 1st rules in your case.

OK Yes that is fine. but we are expecting that the rest of the extensions (not 310 and 350) should dial *9 if they want to call out and will not be allowed to dial internationally. as our client would only like to allow 310 and 350 the ability to dialout internationally.

Than follow the infos from @NicholasP_3CX. Delete the extension group from the rule and everything is fine.
