Hi,
I can't find anything about this and I'm sure I'm missing something... How do I create an outbound rule that removes the + at the beginning of numbers if the user dialed it?
I tried to do a rule that says if start with + ,strip 1 character. But that just creates the calls to fail.

You can switch the logging level to verbose logging mode from the management console > Activity log > settings and restart the 3cx services.

After this, make a call to replicate the issue and then generate the support info from the top of the management console > support > generate support info. This will send a link to the admin email to download the info package.

Then check this guide on how to examine the logs and check where the error is: https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-log-viewer/

Hi

From the picture it seems that you just need to add an extra 0, so you will append 0033 (and not only 033)

Else what @Charles_3CX says

You will want to go to MGMT console > Settings > E164 and turn this on.

Select your country code, fill out the fields

Also, check that you've allowed 033 under security > country codes

Thanks! It was already turned on, so I turned it off. And now it works!
