How could I make one specific number to use a specific route? I have a GSM Gateway connected to my 3cx. I have made the incoming calls to work but now I want to make a route, every time I ring a number to use my gsm gateway and not my SIP trunk provider.

Is this possible?

Create a rule specific to the number you want to route to the GSM gateway. Place it above the "general" rule that would normally "handle" that number. Rules are read top to bottom, so the first match will be followed.

How do I make a rule for a specific number?

Prefix: Your Number (ex. 88888888)
Calls to Numbers with a length of: 8

Route 1: Your GSM
Route 2: SIP-trunk (for failover - otherwise you block)

Then push it to the top, as Complex wrote - 3CX read from top to bottom. and uses first match.
