Outbound Rules

I've looked at several templates to create outbound rules, but calls still aren't going through.. I am using BulkVS as my SIP Trunk provider (Yes i have used them before and they work with 3CX, but forgot the configuration). I am looking to set up a 11 digit and 10 digit calling rule to be able to make 10 digit outbound calling rules.. it rings once then hangs up

In the Activity Log, does it show a rejection from your provider? If so, that might be a clue as to what is wrong. What format do they want, is it +1NXXNXXXXXX ?
Even if you are sending the correct format number, it may still be an issue with the caller ID you are sending.

Here is the 3CX list of SIP responses, not a lot to go on.

Haven't seen that one before (Please Route Advance). I suspect that you will have to talk to your provider to see what the problem is.

Since this is not a 3CX Supported SIP Provider there's not much we can assist with but checking what @leejor mentioned first would be your best bet. Also make sure that the registrar you're using is the correct one and that you're using the correct type of SIP Trunk Register or IP Based. If the issue persists, contacting them would be the way to go as they are the only ones that can clarify why they are replying with that message.

Otherwise, please consider utilizing a 3CX Supported SIP Provider which we have tested thoroughly with the 3CX PBX and can therefore guarantee normal functionality and a trouble-free experience provided of course that all guidelines are followed.
