We are facing issue with outbound sms with 3cx. When sms is sent from 3cx it shows 1 grey tick and there is no record of message in event logs or chat logs.
We have checked with provider they asked to share 3cx event logs for failed messages but there is no entry in 3cx.
System is .v.18 and it was working fine for 4-5 days. please advice

Edit: I have created new trunk on bith Wavix and 3cx end but issue persists.
Then i moved one of the numbers from this 3cx system to another 3cx system and number worked just fine. Can you please advice what could be wrong?

Do you see an entry in the Wavix portal?

Since its working elsewhere then it's most probably misconfigured on the first PBX or something else is preventing the SMS from being sent. Try bypassing the firewall or make an exclusion to see if that fixes the issue.

No there is no entry on Wavix portal, how can I bypass firewall?

Is this a self-hosted system or are you using Hosted by 3CX?

hosted by 3CX.
OK so it's not a firewall issue since the firewall rules are handled by us and are the same for all users. In that case check your configuration again and perhaps try to generate a new API key from Wavix. Also check your blacklist and make sure that there are not Wavix IPs in that list.

Thanks, issue was resolved after restarting all the services.
